Shipping is free if your cart total before applicable taxes is more than $250. If your cart total is less than $250, shipping costs $30.

In order to offer items at the best price possible, shipping for RTW (Ready-To-Wear) takes anywhere from a few days to about 1 week. Remember, most of our brands are heritage, high luxury brands out of France, Italy, UK, Australia, Hongkong, USA, etc. so shipping could take some time. Bear with us, we know it will be worth it!

If the item is MTO (Made-To-Order) it will take longer because it takes time for the item to be manufactured first. Just imagine incredible craftsmen making your item just for you!

If you purchased from multiple brands in a single order, it is possible that you will receive multiple shipments.

Yes, you are responsible for all duties and taxes. If an item is being shipped internationally to you, it’s possible that it may be eligible for duties. You will be notified by our carrier and you will need to pay duties before the item gets delivered to you. If you do not pay the duties immediately this might delay your shipment delivery time.

Please note that if you owe duties on your order but you do not pay the duties timely, the item may get returned to sender. At that point, if the item has to be re-shipped out to you again, you will have to pay a shipping cost of $30. All shipping notifications will be sent to your email and/or phone number on file so you can track your package.

When an item is shipped, you will get a shipment notification sent to your email. The email will contain your tracking number.

We currently only support one delivery option. We have plans to introduce different delivery options, including rush delivery options. Stay tuned and watch this space!

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure your address is not a PO Box otherwise your items might be undeliverable.

Yes, we offer Returns, but we do not currently accept Exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return it for a full refund, and then separately purchase the other item. We plan to offer Exchanges very soon, so stay tuned!

We offer a 14 day return policy for all RTW (Ready-To-Wear) items. Some MTO (Made-To-Order) items may be eligible for returns, but please check with us first before purchasing. MTM (Made-To-Measure) is not eligible for returns.

If your item is eligible for a return and you wish to return it, the item must still be new, unworn, unwashed, free of scents, still in the original packaging, and with all original tags still attached.

Some health, personal care items, or undergarments are non-returnable so please check the item page before purchasing. Food, software, and certain other categories are also non-returnable.

To be eligible for a Return, the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of scents, still in the original packaging, and with all original tags still attached. Please see our Return Policy for more info.

In Your Account, locate your Completed Orders. You will be able to start your Return from that screen. You will need to select a Return reason and once you complete all the steps, we will be notified and will send you a shipping label.

You will need to re-pack the item carefully in its original packaging. You can then drop the package off at either DHL or FedEx, based on the shipping label.

Please note that if you do not follow the Returns process properly it may delay your Refund.

Because your item may be shipped internationally, please allow time for your Refund to be processed. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days.

Yes! We are always adding new items and brands and we encourage you to sign up and check in often. We have a lot of incredible brands lined up and we are very excited to be able to share them with you. Drop us a line if there is a specific brand you would like to see.

RTW is Ready-To-Wear, which refers to items that are readily available, made to standardized specifications and sizes, and are generally ready to be worn or used off-the-rack. It’s possible that you might still need to make minor alterations to a RTW garment to fit you. This is because RTW items are made with standardized measurements specific to a brand or model, but everyone’s body shape is unique.

Don’t fret if something doesn’t fit you off-the-rack! If there is a visible fit issue we recommend doing minor alterations, but if it isn’t visible, it is your choice. Don’t forget it’s possible that sometimes, it’s the designer’s aesthetic to make the garment fit a certain way. If you want precise tailoring that fits your body perfectly, you should consider custom clothing. In our experience, it’s fun to mix RTW with precise tailoring. Keep it unique so you can express your own individuality!

MTO is Made-To-Order. It is most similar to RTW, except that the item is not readily available in inventory and has to be made. MTO timing can vary, and can take as little as 1 week, or 8+ weeks. If an item is MTO, we will let you know what the estimated timing will be. MTO requires a little more patience but is much more sustainable and environmentally friendly because items are only made when they’re ordered, thereby reducing waste and the chance of unsold inventory. We believe that MTO is the future. It is more fun to know that a master craftsman or artisan is consciously making YOUR item, just for you!

It’s best to answer all questions in the quiz as accurately as possible, because that is what helps us determine what items and sizes to recommend to you. However, if you need to modify any of your answers, please reach out to us via email. Don’t worry, we will take care of you!
