2. We'll schedule an in-person meeting or video call with you to review your timepiece and the type of strap you're looking to get.

3. We'll design a couple of options for you and send them your way, so you can visualize the strap on your watch.

4. We'll hand-make the watch strap. Manufactured by artisans in France, Italy, and the US.
