The leathers sourced by Caulaincourt come mostly from European bulls, in majority French. Others are sourced from Pakistan, New Zealand and Argentina.
Caulaincourt's tanneries are located in France, Italy, and the U.K., and are among the most exceptional tanneries in the world. In fact, one of the tanneries is owned by Hermès. Only the most premium hides are selected, and the finest parts of the hides used on the final product.
The leathers are then sent to Caulaincourt's workshop in France, where the gloves are handmade by skille artisans.
