Fabric by a very fine mill
The fabric used here is a 41% alpaca, 39% wool and 20% polyamide blend from Loro Piana's Suri Alpaca collection that weighs 310 gr/mt. Loro Piana, a historic wool factory in the province of Biella, is renowned worldwide for the great attention it gives to finding the best and rarest raw materials from which it makes its finest and most noble weaves like cashmere, baby cashmere, vicuña and the finest wool of umatched quality.
Expert Italian Tailors
To manufacture this elegant jacket, Pini Parma chose expert Italian tailors who still use traditional hand crafted techniques. It is a half canvas jacket, completely made in Italy by renowned tailors who produce men suits for the world's most prestigious fashion houses. The canvas is applied from the shoulder by the underside of the jacket to the middle of the chest, and for this reason, it is called "half canvas". This type of construction provides structure, elegant fluidity, comfort, and breathability. The fabric gives the jacket greater durability compared to a fused construction jacket and makes it comfortable and breathable.
